I found the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast included a good offering each morning. I particularly appreciated the proximity to the Bastille Metro Station, allows easy travel throughout the city.
I noticed the room felt slightly small for accommodating four people.

The hotel was a short walk to the Opera Bastille. That was convenient. The staff members were friendly, i felt welcome. The buffet breakfast had great variety. It was more than adequate. i Appreciated the fresh options available.

the breakfast buffet did have a decent selection of pastries, i guess.
Our room faced a busy street, and the noise was relentless. Sleep was a luxury i didn't get much of thanks to the thin windows and constant traffic.

the location was great. it was close to the metro and i could easily walk to stores and restaurants. the staff was friendly.. the beds were comfortable. the breakfast was good.
the wifi did not work . the front desk said it would be fixed, but this did not happen. there was no shampoo or conditioner for hair. there was no toothbrush.
